Registration is now OPEN for Spring 2021 for ALL PROGRAMS (PreK-2 AND Grades 3-8).
Registration for Grades 3-8 (BAYS Travel Soccer) will remain open until Midnight on January 8th, 2021.
Registration for PreK-2 will remain open until Friday, March 19th.
(Additional lead time is required for the Grade 3-8 program because we have to form teams and submit them to our BAYS league in January.)
If there is room after the close date, players are placed on a waitlist and we will accommodate players on a case by case basis. A late fee will be applied.
If you sign up after the deadline there is no guarantee of a spot on a team and you will be placed on a waitlist.

IF YOU TRY TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE LISTED ABOVE,THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF YOUR CHILD BEING ABLE TO HAVE A PLACE - THEY WILL BE WAITLISTED AND ONLY ABLE TO PLAY IF A ROSTER SPOT IS AVAILABLE, WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE.
Fees for SPRING 2021
- Grade 3-8 BAYS teams: $210. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
- Grade 2 (intramural) : $180. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
- PreK, K and Grade 1: $165. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
Late fees – these will be imposed on accepted late registrants, if those waitlisted players can be placed on rosters. If a player was registered in time but their parent did not complete the checkout process (it happens in a large handful of cases), they will be given until the placement meetings to complete checkout and actually pay, or else a late fee will be imposed.
In the past, we have not had a documented policy for refunding registration fees when players withdraw from the program. We have researched refund policies of other area towns and developed a policy that is in line with these other towns. Below is the new refund policy.
Once a player is registered, the Club only provides refunds for the following reasons:
- The family moves out of Dover or Sherborn
- The player has a long-term injury
- The player has a long-term illness
- The player or players family is concerned about risks associated with Covid-19
- If you withdraw by the dates below
Please note that refunds are not "automatic". If you fit the above criteria, please contact the Club Registrar.
Fall Registration PreK-1
Before March 15, 2021 - 100% registration fee less $10- After this date - no refund unless in exceptional circumstances (i.e., season cancellation). Parents need to notify registrar.
Fall Registration Grade 2 (intown only)
Before March 15, 2021 -100% registration less $10- After this date - no refund unless in exceptional circumstances. Parents need to notify registrar.
Fall Registration Grades 3-8
For BAYS teams, there is NO refund with unless the player fits one of the exception criteria listed above - this is because the Club incurs costs to MYS and BAYS months before the season starts on a per player basis. Parents need to notify registrar to receive any refund
