Registrations for grade 3-8 will open May 1st 2018 and close midnight May 20th 2018

If there is room after the close date, players are placed on a waitlist and we will accomodate players on a case by case basis. A late fee will be applied

If you sign up after the deadline there is no guarantee of a spot on a team and you will be placed on a waitlist.

For PreK-Grade 1, registrations for Fall will close August 25th 2018. For Grade 2, registrations will also close September 1 2018.

IF YOU TRY TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE LISTED ABOVE,THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF YOUR CHILD BEING ABLE TO HAVE A PLACE - THEY WILL BE WAITLISTED AND ONLY ABLE TO PLAY IF A ROSTER SPOT IS AVAILABLE, WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE. 

Fees for FALL 2018

  • Grade 3-8 BAYS teams: $185. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
  • Grade 2 (intramural) : $160. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
  • PreK, K and Grade 1: $150. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.

Late fees – these will be imposed on accepted late registrants, if those waitlisted players can be placed on rosters. If a player was registered in time but their parent did not complete the checkout process (it happens in a large handful of cases), they will be given from now till the placement meetings to complete checkout and actually pay, or else a late fee will be imposed. 

REFUND POLICY

In the past, we have not had a documented policy for refunding registration fees when players withdraw from the program. We have researched refund policies of other area towns and developed a policy that is in line with these other towns. Below is the new refund policy.

Once a player is registered, the Club only provides refunds for the following reasons:

  • The family moves out of Dover or Sherborn
  • The player has a long-term injury
  • The player has a long-term illness
  • If you withdraw by the dates below

Please note that refunds are not "automatic". If you fit the above criteria, please contact the Club Registrar.
Withdrawl dates:

Fall Registration PreK-1

Before September 1st- 100% registration fee less $10- After this date - no refund unless in exceptional circumstances. Parents need to notify registrar.

Fall Registration Grade 2 (intown only)

Before September 1st -100% registration less $10- After this date - no refund unless in exceptional circumstances. Parents need to notify registrar.

Fall Registration Grades 3-8

For BAYS teams, there is NO refund with the exception of serious injury or moving out of town - this is because the Club incurs costs to MAYS and BAYS months before the season starts on a per player basis. Parents need to notify registrar to receive any refund

Enter your AdminSports account and check. If there is not a "registration" button next to your child's name and it reads spring 2011 and team is "not assigned" you are already registered for the season.
